Moot Contingent Leader Deadline
17th World Scout Moot Friday 25 July – Sunday 3 August 2025, Portugal
HQ are calling for Leader, to support the UK Contingent. The Contingent Leader will lead hundreds of Scouts from across the UK on a fantastic adventure to the World Scout Moot in Portugal during the summer of 2025.
We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to define, organise and deliver this event.
You’ll be working in partnership with Headquarters Staff and other senior volunteers, utilising the learnings of past Contingents. You’ll also recruit and manage a contingent of adult volunteers and young people to participate in this event.
As well as the Moot itself, you’ll be responsible for defining the educational objectives of any pre/post event(s) and work closely with Headquarters staff to create and manage the event budget. Closing date: Closing date: Sunday 12 March 2023
