Please note the night before, there will be a Social for all adult volunteers throughout Falkes Scout District, hosted by Lee Baker, the New DC, will be held at Boyd Field Campsite, Henlow on Saturday 24th June, from 18:00 – 21:00.

Please note that you do not have to be attending either of the activity days with your section to attend this event – it is an event for all adult volunteers throughout the district.

Equally, you are welcome to drop in and out throughout the evening – there is no need to stay the full 3 hours if you are unable to.

A full BBQ will be laid on for the evening, alongside a selection of buffet treats. There will be no cost for the evening. Please do, however, bring your own drinks.

Please note that this is an Adult Volunteer Only event, and is not an open invitation to our young people. (Volunteers with children are welcome to bring them along, but please note there will be no organised activities for them).

If you are assisting with the second activity day on Sunday 25th, then you are welcome to bring a tent, and pitch up for the night – breakfast will be provided on Sunday Morning.
