Afternoon Saturday 22nd April 2023

This event is at Ross Park and the outline plan is as follows:

13:00: Cubs and cub leaders to meet outside Stopsley High School, to set off on a hike back to Ross Park.
13:30: Squirrels and Beavers and their leaders to arrive at Ross Park for around an hour of games.
14:00: Cubs should begin to arrive at Ross Park from their hike. Refreshments will be served.
14:15: Scouts, Explorers and All who wish to join to arrive at Ross Park
14:30: Welcomes, Flag Parade, Renewal of Promises, alongside a Campfire and Songs.
15:30: Squirrels, Beavers & Cubs to be collected by Parents/Carers
15:45: Scouts, Explorers & Leaders to set off on Hike from Ross Park.
17:30: Scouts, Explorers & Leaders to return to Ross Park
18:00: Scouts, Explorers to be collected.
18:15: All clear of site.

There is going to be a practice walk for the cub leaders on 13th April at 6.30pm and the Scout/Explorer leaders on 26th March at 15.00 for those that can come/want to do a walk through,
