Cub Open Day –
Saturday 13th May 2023 — 24 spaces available
Who makes payment?
All bookings should be made by the Cub Group leaders, this should not be sent out to parents for bookings to be made individually. This is to ensure all groups are aware of how many Scouts they have from their own group.
How many leaders should I bring?
All groups should have the required ratio of leaders to cover their group and they will be responsible for them throughout the day (this includes first aid cover)
How is payment made?
Payments will need to be made as soon as possible, and the bank details will be sent once you have made your booking. This should be made as one bulk payment for your group.
What time does the event start/finish?
The cub day will be from 10am until 4pm.
What will the day consist of?
The cubs/scouts will partake in multiple events throughout the day, such as; kayaking, canoeing, pirate ship sailing and others!!
Do we need to bring food?
Please bring a packed lunch, there will be no food available, other than the tuck shop for small treats and drinks.
