Saturday 12th August 2023
Who makes payment?
All bookings should be made by the Scout Group leaders, this should not be sent out to parents for bookings to be made individually. This is to ensure all groups are aware of how many Scouts they have from their own group.
How many leaders should I bring?
All groups should have the required ratio of leaders to cover their group and they will be responsible for them throughout the day (this includes first aid cover)
How is payment made?
Payments will need to be made as soon as possible, and the bank details will be sent once you have made your booking. This should be made as one bulk payment for your group.
What time does the event start/finish?
The scout days will be from 9am until 5pm.
What will the day consist of?
The scouts will partake in multiple events throughout the day, such as; kayaking, canoeing, pirate ship sailing and others!!
Do we need to bring food?
For the Scout days – there will be hot dogs and burgers for sale on the day, but Scouts are welcome to bring packed lunches if they’d prefer. There will also be a tuck shop for treats and drinks, so a little bit of money is advised.
