Icknield District Board Games 2018

Over 60 members of Icknield Scouts enjoyed a fantastic afternoon of Board games at the Sells 7th HQ.

The competition was split into 4 sections, the Beavers played connect 4 & Dominoes whilst the older Cubs contested with chess and battleships.
The afternoon was a round robin giving all a chance to play against each other for 10 minutes each.

The afternoon was a tem game with Warden Hill winning the Beaver section and the hosts Sells 7th coming out on top of the Cubs.

The event was organised by the District team with support from leaders across the district.

The active support unit supplied tea & coffee for the adults and squash and biscuits for the participants.
The District Commissioner Mrs Libby Bassam commented how great it was to see so many smiling faces on a wet Saturday afternoon.
