Icknield Swimming Gala 7th October 2018

The Scout Groups of Icknield gathered for the annual district swimming gala at The Inspire Luton Sports Village.

As a District they were proving that swimming is one of the many #Skills for Life which is proved in the world of scouting.
All the young people who took part worked hard in the water, swimming their best on behalf of their group and section.
As is the nature with competitions, some will come 1st, 2nd or 3rd but scouting was the winner because of the friendly completive spirit.
This proved the results as follows:

Beavers Scouts: 1st Warden Hill 2nd St. Joseph’s 3rd Blenheim
Cubs Scouts: 1st Warden Hill 2nd Wardown Ninth 3rd 1st Luton Sea Scouts
Scouts 1st Luton Sea Scouts 2nd Warden Hill 3rd Wardown Ninth
