Groups Leaders can set up camp on Friday 23rd May

Format
Young people to arrive from 9am on the Saturday till midday on the Monday.
The Theme for the camp will be Countries. Each Group will be allocated a specific country to cover. Members can dress up and do as much as possible to illustrate Your Country. We’ll have a carnival type Parade on one day over the weekend.

There will be Group run bases on Saturday – different ideas we’ve come up with and ideas you’ve used before, but others may not have. If you haven’t ideas, we’ll have some ideas you can run.

Sunday is likely to be water-based activities and laser tag, tomahawks, Scout zone and an evening Disco are some ideas at present.

Monday will consist of treasure hunts/ scavenger hunts, inflatables, camp shop etc.
Due to lack of indoor accommodation, Beavers will need to camp outdoors. The Bus booked for Squirrels and the Hall in case of bad weather. Beavers are welcome to stay either or both nights, is down to each group, just let us know for numbers please.
