Tickets –
£30 without lunch (bring your own packed lunch)
OR £35 with lunch (burger or hot dog, a drink and chocolate bar)
Deposits – £15 will need to be paid within 6 weeks of booking, an invoice will be sent out to you once you have booked, along with the bank details. The final sum will be due 4 weeks before the event date. We will contact you regarding how many lunch/non-lunch tickets you will need.
Payments – to be made as a bulk payment from your Scout group, not by parents. Please do not forward this email to parents!
Cancellations – If you cancel within 6 weeks of booking before the deposit is paid, tickets will be resold. After deposit is paid, refunds will not be issued – so please ensure you can fill the spaces you book. If deposits aren’t made within 6 weeks of booking, the tickets will be resold.
Leaders and First Aid cover – All groups should have the required ratio of leaders to cover their group and they will be responsible for them throughout the day. We will have a First Aid kit onsite, but this is for emergencies only.
Timings – We will be kicking off the day at 9am, where Scouts & Explorers will be split into groups. They will then partake in multiple events throughout the day, including; kayaking, canoeing, sailing, rafting and pirate ship sailing!! We will be ending the day at 5pm.
Tuck Shop – There will be a tuck shop for treats and drinks, so a little bit of money is advised.
